Journal 1: Describe the people at your internship. What are their titles and what do they do? Is there a chain of authority where certain people report to certain others? Do you observe different behavior among employees with differing authority levels?
My internship is great, everybody is so nice to me. The chain starts from the owner of the store Krista she seems very fare with her employees. I don’t any of her workers have any problems at least while I’m there. The person I appreciate the most is Alissa my supervisor. She is very helpful, informative and encourages everything I try to do. Even though I may make a mistake she never yells or ever get mad. She is a truly great person and I treasure the time I spend in that store. Every time I go there I learn something new, sometimes I learn things that would make me a better pet owner or a better person as I go through life. After her there’s really only one person I want to mention. My friend Mike he’s one of the groomers and he’s great at what he does. He is a extremely kind, generous and smart man. He takes pride in what does and I hope I can become a man with similar qualities when I group. They both give me advise, instruction, praise, confidence, friendship and 15 minute or longer breaks. They are the best. They also call me the best. For all that I do throughout the evening helping, supporting and doing what they tell me to do. Chain of Command: Krista, Alissa, Mike.
